Process / Temperature Controller:
• Standalone, rugged, general purpose process controller. Currently utilized as air knife controller in PCB Hot Air Leveler.
• Microcontroller based. Supports multiple temperature sensor architecture topologies (Semiconductor, RTD, Thermistor). Multiple channel, PID based (tunable) heater control.
• Performed: System Architecture. Electrical, Mechanical design. Microcontroller Firmware development. Prototype acquisition and Debug.
